Arrow Mill Hotel & Restaurant

Wonderful setting. Sadly the staff are rude, disorganised and churlish. One disaster followed another when we attended a wedding here and each time the staff were asked about problems they responded in an off hand, arrogant manner.

The food is entirely mediocre, the service is worse. Unfortunately the fact it is family run means they just don't try very hard at all with their customers rather than be polite and efficient.
