Plaza Indian Tandoori

I came back to the Plaza on 11-dec-07 for the first time in a year or so (I moved away from the area). It was as good as it ever was.
I took the grandchildren for their first Indian meal and they took a great deal of trouble to make sure they cooked something that was not too hot for them.
The food at the Plaza differs from other eateries in the area as it is owned by Indian Sikhs and I've has great enjoyment over the years comparing the different styles of cooking.

I have visited the plaza many times and if you are looking for a cheap meal, crap service, ignorant staff, reasonably good food then I would fully recommend. I would definately avoid this place if you are taking family.

4 OF US WENT TO THE PLAZA ON FRIDAY 13TH JULY . WE SAT DOWN ON TIME AND ASKEDFOR POPADOMS AND DIP WHICH WERE CRISP AND FRESH , WE PROCEEDED WITH THE MAIN COURSES WHICH WERE CHICKEN BOONA , LAMB AND MUSHROOM BALTI AND TWO CHICKEN BALTI'S. WE ALSO HAD PLAIN NAN AND KEEMA NAN (WHICH TURNED OUT TO BE ABSLUTELY SUPERB). THE FOOD WAS EXCELLENT I JUST WISH THAT WE COULD HAVE FOUND ROOM FOR STARTERS , JUDGING BY THE NEXT TABLE THEY LOOKED GREAT TOO .ALL IN ALL A GREAT NIGHT FOR £27 AND WE WERE ALL STUFFED FULL . I'VE BEEN DOING THE BALTI BELT FOR 20 YEARS AND THIS WAS THE BEST MEAL I'VE EVER HAD . HAVING NEVER BEEN TO THE PLAZA BFORE , I AM SURE TO BE BACK SOON
