Azzari too

I have walked by Azzari many a time and thought, it's just round the corner I should try it out. Finally after a recommendation and a spare Saturday night we thought we would try our date night at Azzari. Walked in and 1st impressions- great looking restaurant, decour very cool, staff friend and absolutely rammed. Was so hard to choose off the menu as all so tempting. Nice bottle of red and bowled over by gorgeous food. A fusion of cuisines and everything we had was tasty. We can recommend both the jerk chicken and Thai sea bass for a main.
I won't be as quick to go to Harborne or into the city now for dinner as this would be my first choice. Great for cosy date or group dinner. Laid back, unexpected great restaurant, Give it a try! I'm planning on booking a table for visitors this weekend.

I have got to say, this is the best restaurant in Bearwood and Birmingham, the food is excellent and the service is Fantastic, I have taken clients for business meetings and they have even said it is the best food they have had in years, I would definately recommend trying this restaurant as all the food is in full of flavours and very reasonable in prices. I have even booked it for my birthday with 50 guests, the food is that good. !!

Great sevice from start to finish. I arrived without booking a table on a Saturday night.; of course they were fully booked but they suggested that we go for a drink and they would call us within 25 minutes when a table was free. 20 minutes later we received a call.
I ordered Rustic bread with roast garlic & olives and Peppered rib eye steak with tarragon butter, garni & chips - which were both excellent.
My companion had Oriental duck leg with soy noodles, pak choy, ginger & green pepper strips - which served from most non Oriental kitchens would be a disaster but Azzari did the ingredients proud. The duck leg was cooked right, the noodles were not dry and the fusion of flavours worked well
I ordered a bottle of the house red - which was excellent and value for money.
Overall a great place to dine and I would highly recommend Azzari to anyone (expect people I dislike - as they can go to all the other places in Bearwood that dont come close to being as good as Azzari)

As a regular visitor to Birmingham from London I have always found Azzari Too a fantastic restaurant. The food is really great, I love the Caribbean laced cuisine that influences the menu, alongside the favorites from all good contemporary restaurant. The decor is modern and stylist with great chill music gently playing in the background and is perfect for a group of friends to eat and hangout. The service is friendly and encouraging, luckily I stay not far from the restaurant. A slight warning is that when it is busy sometime the food can take a little time to arrive.
As far as value for money I feel Azzari Too is worth every penny. I regularly have international business guests visiting and I always take them there and they have never been disappointed.
As a regular person who eats out if Azzari Too was in London it is would easily get listed in the Time Out food guide.
