Big Wok

I have to say i have been permanently put off visiting the Big Wok, after the appalling treatment me and my boyfriend where given. As we entered the Big Wok we were ignored and the couple behind us was let in, then a young man came out only to tell us we were not welcome because of the way we were dressed. He was very rude and told us to come back when we are wearing proper clothes. We were hardly dressed inappropriately for a 6 pound cheap buffet restaurant, considering the people already in there. I will not be going there again, as their customer service is appalling.

i would like to first say i have been going to Big Wok for years, but my recent visit was not to there normal standards, cake which was not properly deforsted (frozen) even though it seems they are trying to compete with other buffets. cake selection poor more than before but low qualtiy, food baked in so much oil could not eat after taste, mushroom in garlic one of my favourites but the mushrooms looked liked they had been there a good while not cooked fresh or if possibly were, old mushrooms...waited 20mins to get our drinks was not happy :(
