Sibila's is a vegetarian restaurant where the 'V' stands for vegan! The food is excellent with a large choice of organice quisine from British, to Mediterannian, to Eastern. I've eaten there on 3 occasions so far, and will be going there for many time to come, and the food has always been of excellent quality and the flavours/spices hits the spot with not being over the top nor bland. I brought a group of non-vegetarian friends and I don't think there was scrap left on the plates not that I've ever left any either! There is a large selection alcoholic beverages, my favorite being a organic red chilean wine that has a taste of cherrys and a finish of chocolate. The ambience is great as it's by the canals with tables outside so you can relax whilst watching the Canadian geese swim by. The service is great and friendly. It's in a quiet area but I think it only adds to it as it makes it your own special retreat!

An absolutely fantastic restaurant. Went with a mixed group of vegetarian and non-vegetarian friends - by the end of the meal even the most steadfast of the meat eaters was adament he'd go back. Food was absolutely delicous and the staff were very friendly and helpful. A restaurant I'd be happy to recommend without a doubt.
