i have been to lai-ling many times, the food is fantastic and the service is very good. the price is very resonable. i have been with family parties to just two people, you still get treated very well, the lai-ling remains in one of my favourite restaurants.

This place is amazing! Lunch times are great value, the all you can eat buffet, which is cooked fresh from the kitchen, is fantasitic! i've never tasted food like it, the staff are friendly and welcoming, it truely is a un-sung hero!

If you are after a top quality, freshly cooked Chinese/Cantonese meal, I STRONGLY recommend you visit Lai Lings! Their buffet menu is fantastic with a wide variety to choose from and cooked from fresh when ordered - a much better option than a 'help yourself' buffet. Keep up the good work Lai Lings!!!!!

All you can eat Buffet but you order as much as you like off the menu rather than a walk up buffet. Excellent excellent food. Buffet style choice but fresh & hot from the kitchen. Love it!
