your comments review this restaurant

If you're lucky here the service will be average, if you're unlucky it will be dreadful. The staff are not interested in serving or helping customers, or making sure that customers are having a pleasant experience.

The food is average to bad, small portions, lukewarm food, overcooked food, poor wine service making even the most excellent wine a foul experience.

I would not waste my money going to this establishment.

We visited Malmaison on our anniversary one year and it was a dreadful experience. A table full of office workers next to us were extremely raucus, and none of the waiting staff seemed to understand when I stated that I had a milk allergy. The service was slow and not particularly speedy, and the food was rather on the small side and quite pricey. I'm not going back.

Nice for a special occasion. The food was lovely albeit slightly on the pricey side. The service was very good with a very relaxed atmosphere. Car parking is plenty. Well presented food.

Great...in all respects; service prompt and unintrusive, atmosphere super, music excellent (funky house mostly), easy parking, superb well presented food. Just excellent and exceptional value that puts the rest of Birmingham and most of London to shame.
