Ipanema

the door staff have always been the same at ipanema, i found the fridays nights to be really good. They have a great indian female dj that plays an old skool set at the beginning of the nite.

saturdays are really busy, but you get alot of immature men and the music isnt as good as a friday

Went there for a mates birthday and had worse night ever, the bouncers have a serious problem and have a massive power trip and just love causing trouble!! they threw our drinks on the floor, which we had just bought, and said place was closing and we need to get out and refused to even let me get my jacket!!!!!

Avoid going and having your night ruined.

I went to Ipanema on the 27/05/2006 to celebrate my 18th birthday and it was absolutely rubbish the bouncers were so rude and thought they can just kick people out for sitting down they really ruined my birthday night I never want to go their again plus the music was crap

the food was amazing!!! I'd go here again in a second- fine hospitality as well, everyone was friendly and it made the food even better- one of my best dining experiences
