Fabulous food, and fine staff, ready to help, and good for a giggle with you. Different concept to "english" but then that's what you expect going into a Japanese establishment. The food /is/ expensive, but it's very very good. A happy case of "you get what you pay for".

Thouroughly recommended - have been eating there since it opened.

Lovely food but shame about the seating - my entire back hurt after I had spent an hour on those seats. I'm taking a cushion next time!

Excellent food! As not a great fan of soups I was quite aprehensive but they are so filling and full of wonderful flavour! The noodle dishes are divine and if you ask for chilli, that's defintely what you get! I have been here many times and will definitely go again. The only drawback is that the seats are a little hard and uncomfortable, especially for those with a bad back!
