We had a big party at Zizzis Solihull. Very friendly service, very helpful and accommodating. The food was good and produced in good time considering the size of our party, (about 20 people). The atmosphere was good and we had a very enjoyable occasion. We will go back.

very slow,tables so close togethere you cant move.after waitinghalf hour for coffee to end meal still never got it. i could have cooked the food myself was nothing special

the waitresses at Zizzi Solihull are absolutely gorgeous, friendly and altogether wonderful people. who ever says the service at this restaurant is bad they are completely wrong and it is a fantastic place to eat. Food is wonderful and the staff are even better!

I went here a few nights ago with a party of friends. We had an enjoyable time - the service was friendly and the food was good.

Zizzi offers a wide choice of standard Italian dishes, though the menu is not that adventurous. However, it is a good place to go for dinner before going clubbing, being only a short walk along the canalside from Broad Street.

ZIZZI - SOLIHULL

well what can i say. VERY disappointing. You could expect better service in McDonald's.

We waited an hour and a half for the food.. and when we asked what was taking so long, "there is a hold up in the kitchen..". after that, the waitresses were scared to even come near us and even took the long way around to avoid our table (not that we had been rude.. we just had somewhere to be and assumed that 2 and a half hours would leave us plenty of time).

it took them the best part of half an hour to even bring us drinks (two sprites, one coke, tap water and a beer). and when we asked for the bill? we waited 45 minutes... then had to ask again.

we were late for our other event due to the shoddy service.

the food wasnt even THAT nice... definitely not worth waiting over an hour and a half for. we wont be returning.
