Daffodil
your comments review this restaurant
My partner and I live in Cheltenham and eat out on a weekly basis. We were both utterly disappointed and quite angry following the experience we had. Firstly, you can only book at 6.45pm or 9.15pm slots. We decided on the 6.45pm, and from the minute we entered we felt completely rushed despite the fact we had ordered expensive meals and wine. Having finished our meal approximately 40 minutes after arriving, we were asked if we would like a dessert, coffee or just the bill!!! I explained we were content with finishing our wine, at present, but the waitress looked at us in disgust as if we had been sat at the table for over 2 hours in. People who enjoy the likes of the daffodil are pretentious. The food is ordinary, admittedly the surroundings are pleasant, and it is poor value for money. As an alternative, try the likes of The Mayflower, Flynn's, Monty's, Merlot, Vanilla etc
