I totally think this place is over priced for the location, the staff are really great and I can't deny that!
But the food is pretty bland and the portions are quite small....over sized plates for starters and "India Garden" squirted on one side of the plate with sauce.....really isn't my cup of tea!
Don't bother ordering the Madras or Vindaloo as its about as hot as KFC.
Six of us attended and we all agree we won't return...shame really as the Resturant itself and staff are really superb....but at the end of day thats not what you eat is it?
Now i'm reading back this does seem a little harsh but I have to be honest!

What can I say. We use India Garden Restaurant & Takeaway for our local curry house, but then again we have taken guests from as far away as Canada who have thought it was brilliant.
Service is above average, food is always of great quality. Children are treated as equals and I have also seen a table of teenagers having a good time, but also treated with the same attitude as the more mature clientele.
They have an extensive menu with excellent choices of new and old. They are licensed which is great, and the tables are just far enough for privacy. But you have to book for a weekend night otherwise you will not get in !!!! PS. I don't know why I am telling you lot about this restaurant & takeaway, now I am never going to get in !! Happy Curry Eating........ :)

Ive been going to this restraunt for over 10 years. Staff are fantastic, prices are great and the food is wonderful. Im so glad I have this as my local.
Just wish they would deliver alcohol lol!!!

Excellent. We have been regulars at this restaurant for a good 20 years. Never had such a nice meal as here. Very polite staff, excellent food and brilliant service.

Went with the family (14 of us)
At christmas eve last year, slight wait for food but drinks and good conversation made that nothing to bother about.
When the food arrived one can only say superb everyone.every one enjoyed the great variety that had been ordered.
Do not miss the chance to visit this restaurant, it's great!
