Stag & Three Horseshoes

I have visited the stag and three horse shoes in halesowen on a number of occasions for the past five years, and i have to say in the last 2 years with a new management couple it has been fntastic, the sevice, food and atmosphere is great, i have been to two partys last year my aunts 50 th birthday and my neices christening and it wasnt wat i expected the standard for a pub was superb we where made really welcome by the landlady who caterd to our every need and made our special occasions ones to remember. i recomend this pub to anyon looking for a host for their celebrations or just quick lunch time meal.

A few weeks ago I visited the stag and threehorse shoes, they were really busy and the pub was full to the brink.

My group was acknowledged straight away even though it was really busy by attentive, professional staff.

we were served by a young girl who was polite and accurate with our order offering us many extras to accompany our meal.

our meal came really quickly which worried me, but the quality and presentation of the meals were excellent.

The member of staff who served our meals was helpfull and polite also, on the way out I noticed they were advertising for christmas with menus out already, another customer who is unkown to me relayed to us that they had a great time previous christmas at the pub.

so we booked for christmas there and then, will return again soon.

I have just returned from a meal at this restaurant. We were a party of six. I had the steak and chicken fillet. I complained about my meal to the waitress and to a man behind the bar. My steak and chicken was stuck to the plate and was burned, the steak was also so tough it was uneatable. It says on the menu to complain if not satisfied, however I was not offered a word of apology, in fact not one word was said to me. I had spent over 70£., and to me this was a waste of money, it goes without saying I shall not be visiting this restaurant again

Been here a few times. Excellent value for money, the food and drinks are priced reasonably, cooked and finished to a high standard and are brought to you by happy, helpfull smiling staff. This restraunt has a great atmosphere, it suits everyone from the late teens just wanting a drink, familys holding celebrations, and the older generation for a quality meal at an affordable price. The meals are prepared quickly, to your specification and come out hot. Most ingredients are fresh - not pre-packaged rubbish - and you can really taste the difference! They are well situated, easy to find and have plenty of parking space. All the staff are friendly and helpfull, and treat each customer with politeness and respect. I really rate this place (and no I dont work for them!), its always been a pleasure!
