The Boot Inn

My last visit to the boot in lapworth could only be described as distinctly average. The food was average (at best), the service was average, and the beer wasn't on top form either. It seems such a shame, because this is a lovely pub in a lovely setting, where I have had many a good night. I hope this isn't a sign that the standards are slipping. When you are paying the prices you have to pay here you expect the best, and unforunately this isn't what i got.
