I couldn’t disagree with the other reviewers more! The food, which is it’s only good feature is not excellent, but on a par with any of the other curry houses off Kings Heath High Street.
The service on the other hand is awful. Maybe we suffered for not being ‘regulars’, my party and I were made to feel most unwelcome. We had a face pulled at us for coming in without a reservation, and were given the worst table in the place (by the door), when plenty of other's were free -from when we came in to when we left. I felt rushed to order, rushed to eat and rushed to pay.
I have visited on two separate occasions and the service was bad on both occasions - service with a smile it ain’t.

Formally known as Ambasadors I have been a regular customer for over 10 years. It is has never failed to impress, the food is exceptional and the service is not far behind. There are alot of Indian restaurants that have good food but few come close to tradistional home cooking tastes, tremendous!!!

We thought the food was excellent value for money. The decor of the restaurant is done out to a high standard and there is also a good atmosphere. I definitely believe that this is one of the best indian restaurants in the Kingsheath area.

A contemporary indian restaurant with an authentic menu that will delight food critics, in an environment stylish enough to appeal to Birmingham's coolest clientelé.
A few miles from the city centre, Pangea is easy to find, but out of the way enough to be your best kept secret.
