we ordered our meal which at £42.65 was not cheap, considering we had only two currys a curry sauce two starters of onion bhaji's popodoms , two chappatis and a nan bread. on delivery the starters were burnt and cold, as where the nan and chappatis, we ordered chiken tikka curry and received chicken korma!!! the other curry was very bland and cold as was the curry sauce, and just to top it the chips were greasy and cold, so the whole meal went into the wheelie bin. On looking at the price list on line several prices had been changed, so i believed i had also been overcharged obviously unhappy i called the restuarant and spoke to the owner/ manager who was not only agressive but rude. i remained calm throughout the conversation however he argued the food would not of been cold and he was not prepared to do anything to rective things. This i found shocking and very upsetting. I am going to take matters thurther mainly to do with his overall attitude towards me. Surely if you serve the public and things are not right you should want to try and put things right? obviously not in mr Mizan's opinion.

Im totally unhappy and am interested in others views.

Went with my wife and daughter on Sunday evening 15.06.08 .

Got our drinks and then the waiter came to take our order, that's where it all went wrong. We did not want a starter which the waiter did not like. Then my wife and daughter wanted to share a main meal between them and were told one main course each only!! So we paid for our drinks and left

What have they done!! We enjoyed several meals here before it clossed for refurb.Not this time , it was Saturday and a very busy 2nd sitting but I think they have just got greedy! A booked 9.15 table of 8 people for birthdays arriving early not worried about a little wait, but 50 mins after our bookng time was excessive and other groups of similar size coming after us sat down before us in the main restaurant. We had to remind them we were still waiting and were shown to a table in an area we heard one customer descibe as the "overflow". We were squeezed into a space behind a large column next to the walk way to the kitchen and toilets. The space was so tight the waiters could not get to any side of the table and we ended up passing eveything down from the top like a self service conveyor belt. Hence my sizzling dish I heard arrive but didn't see until it was passsed down the table on a plate to me.No place settings or plates out and I asked for a jug of water four times before it arrived. The waiters were so rushed they didn't seem to care in fact at the end of the meal the waiter bought the custom chocholate mints over in his hand and tossed them into the middle of the table. Even at the worst restaurants you get them on a plate. Not a cheap meal so I expected good servce, like it use to be. I dont want free wine to compensate ,so we left the two bottles there. A special evening ruined by a restaurant getting too greedy. So beware even when you book in advance they can get it wrong.

quality food, very very experienced chef indeed. Sincere service and good management, including modern deco and artwork. panache boasts a unique menu and i hope the new branch in stafford is opening soon........

We've never had a poor meal here! This restaurant is worth going out of your way for ... the food is superb, tasty and wellprepared, the staff are attentive and courteous and everything is very sensibly priced, it's excellent value for money. the Goan salad is highly recommended for anyone who likes something a little different!!
