not family frendly, no childrens menu,you have to ask.when asked waitress spoke vert poor english, unable to understand what was said,when food served, of very poor standard @ over priced,used to go at least once a month to the old whittington arms.the new revampt never again

Since refurbishment this place has a nice atmosphere. The staff were freindly and the food was really good. The starters varied in size, but apart from that we really enjoyed the evening. It was a nice chance to try the continental beer too.

Meal had to be sent back. Second attempt was not much better. Does not cater for families - no high chairs, childrens menu's. Service was poor with our waitress unable to deal with our complaint as she could not speak basic English.
