Wow I disagree with Cliff (previous reviewer) my family, friends and I have always found the service and the management to be exceptionally friendly and efficient! The food is delicious the best Italian, and we've tried many believe me!

The real beauty of this place is the food is reasonable in cost, great in taste and being an unlicenced restaurant its easy to keep costs down and enjoy a fabulous dining experience with friends.

I have eaten at this restaurant many times allthough the manager is quite rude and very ignorant some times.Food is very good, staff very friendly .I allways have a steak as they are some of the best i have eaten and can recomend it for this reason.

The food was very tasty, the atmosphere was very busy, queue out the door, so felt quite rushed whilst eating, also the staff were not as polite as most places, they just seemed to want to get us out the way, so this brings down the review significantly.

I have eaten at this restaurant many times with friends and always found it to be fun and the food the best quality. The staff are very friendly. You take your own wine, which makes for a very reasonable night out. If you want a quiet dinner for two then I agree this is not the restaurant for you but if you want a lively and fun atmosphere then I could not recommend a better place. You can tell the standard of the restaurant as you have to book a way in advance to be able to obtain a table.

I have eaten here twice and wish I hadn't on both occassions. The manager is very rude and this rubs off on his staff.

The food is at best average.

I will not be going again and I suggest any readers give this restaurant a wide birth - there are excellent places to eat in Moseley - This is not one of them!

I visited this restaurant and was appalled by the service. When I politely attempted to explain this to the waiter I received a torrent of abuse which I found inexplicable. I will not be visiting again, if in Moseley visit Sabai Sabai or La Fibule instead, they seem to have a grasp of the basics of customer service as well as serving good food.

We went to this restaurant for Valentines day and were really dissapointed. They produced the most restricted menu I have ever seen, eveb though we had phoned to check the menu wouldn't be changed when booking - Two other couples that arrived at the same time as us saw the menu and left. The service was also poor. I objected to paying a 10% service charge and was spoken to like I had done something wrong. There are several really good restaurants in Moseley. I suggest you choose any other than this one!!

Our friends and my husband and I have been to the Ponte Di Legno many times, the food is always good and hot and the atmosphere is very cheerful although at times it is a little too noisy, but we don't mind that. I would say the prices are average but certainly not cheap, you can of course take your own Booze as it is not licensed. I would recommend it for a fun meal but it is advisable to book as it gets very busy.
