I took my good lady wife to this hostelry and was quite frankly appalled to find no jam roly poly on the menu.

The gentleman previos is talking nonsense we dine at the Hardwick 2 or 3 times a week and always have fantastic food and service. Some people go out for "pub food" at a fiver each (including drinks!) and expect too much.May I suggest that next time he takes his wife out he spends more money at the Hardwick and lets her eat what she wants not a cheap 'special offer' !!!

My wife and i paid a visit to the Hardwick Arms on Tuesday 4th July. in res ponce to a (flyer)offering two meals and drinks for £9.99.We ordered two cod meal's which turned out to be probable the worst meals that we have ever had.The portions were extremely small the cod was over cooked and was falling apart.Being true Brits we ate our meals then coplained to the poor waitress.She agreed
and said that she thought that it did not
look very nice when she brought to us.If this is an example of the standard that you are to put before us you be wasting your time with these offers as we pensioners are far more discerning than this.
and said that she thought thatit did not look very nice when she brought it to us.If this is to be the standard of food to be presented at amittedly a very low price your repitation
