A very good traditional curryhouse. Went for the third time last night and the food has been consistently good every time. The staff took time to talk through the menus with a vegetarian non-dairy in our group (not easy when a lot of Indian food is cooked with ghee!) and went to lengths to ensure the dishes he served were tailored to fit. For us meat eaters we had prawn on puree which was great and shish kebabs. A friend who had the lamb korai was very impressed and my chicken madrass was tasty too. I have tried the chicken naga before and that was very good for those who like their hot curry to actually taste of something! The Tarka dall is perfect. Is happily eat just that and plain rice - it's that good. Arty ice and jovial host and waiting staff make this a relaxed venue with excellent food at a reasonable price.

The best restaurant and take away there is, I have been going for years and so has my family and friends. The food is exceptional and haven’t yet found another takeaway to rival it. I do enjoy the spicy dishes always rich thick sauces. Staff are very friendly. The restaurant is great although, I do tend to have a takeaway most weekends.
