We made a booking and confirmed the time and date and we arrived on time.

The table was in a bad position and not large enough for our party.

9 squashed onto a table for 8

One end of table blocked the fire escape

Other end narrowed the corridor to the toilets

The nearby counter was littered with used wine glasses all night and even after protest the TV was turned on for the football.

It took 20 minutes for them to offer us drinks without reference to what’s available and a price list and only came one more time to when asked for a round of drinks.

It took an hour for our starters to arrive (mine was barely warm!)

The main meal arrived 45 minutes after the starter. The serving of the food was slow and some had meals long before the rice & bread arrived or vice versa

The waiters had push past people sitting without a please or thank you (mostly past yhose on the end of the table) because the table was tight against the wall.

They seemed to hastily clear the table indeed some was still eating her meal when table was cleared.

We were not offered puddings and the ordering of coffee was poor.

We noticed that the milk was not kept in the fridge

one of our party had to ask for his coffee that hadn’t arrived and the meagre portion of milk was not enough to go round.

The manager said we are very busy but no apology, yet the restaurant was far from full and indeed other smaller parties that came in well after us had been served quicker!

The meal was for me bland and lacking in fresh flavours

One to avoid!

its decorated very modern and classy, the food is fantastic lots of choice, and good value for money, waiters are very friendly. Also you can take your own drinks and they also have a bar. You must book weekends though as they do get very busy.
