Simon's Cantonese & Seafood

I regularly visit simon's restaurant myself and have to say i don't have a single bad word to say about Simon, the surroundings, the food or any of the staff. I have always found my experience nothing less than superb. I am sure that Simon wasn't trying to be rude to you. You have to appreciate he doesn't speak 100% fluent english so there has to be some room given to mistakes in conversation. My advice would be to return to the restaurant and see if your experience is anything less than perfect.

Anyway to anyone yet to visit Simon's i am posting this review to urge you to make your own mind up.

Hope you will take my advice soon.

always a delight to eat here food is very good ambience good what a shame 'simon' was a bit rude last time we went AND they'd run out of beer which we joked about 'how can you have no beer when you know you have definate bookings for 8 and a booking for6(ours) plus other individual bookings'we wailed 'too bad delivery tomorrow,drink lager'the curt reply. we have reccommended this place to lots of our friends i hope for our sake the attitude is better should they pay a visit,the food IS fab but the attitude to paying customers needs to be reviewed or regulars like us will find somewhere else and they'll wonder why. p.s. complimentry drinks where given out too but not to us maybe because we dared to ask why there was no beer
