Me and my husband dined there a couple of weeks ago. As we had never been there before we were apprehensive as to what the food and service would be like. But on entering, our initial fears and apprehension was soon replaced by sheer amazement at the quality of staff and food service. We were greeted with huge smiles and open arms and simply told that we could sit where ever we wanted and that we could recieve full table service if we required. Obviously we accepted the full table service. The waitress was very helpful and answered any queeries about the food. our food arrived promptly and we were amazed at the sheer quantity and quality. At the end of our visit we were bid a friendly farewell and thanked for our patronage. We thouroughly enjoyed our visit and will definatelly be going back very soon.

My husband and I dined there 2 weeks ago and was appalled by the service. When I asked a waitress if she had a table for 2 she replied "I dunno, sit where you want". We waited 25 minutes to get served at the bar, they were not serving in order. Our main mean took 1 hour to arrive. I wrote a letter of complaint expressing how I felt about their customer service and can you believe it I have not had a reply.

I visted the new Ridgacre today and was expecting a really good service as i was ignored by a member of staff as i asked for a drink and it took them nearly 25 minutes to order my drink. i wont be visting the location again as i didnt find it good quality.

This pub serves some very nice meals and both the waiting staff and bar staff are frindly and quick. It is looked after very well both inside and out.
