Ask (Worcester)

As our daughter was visiting during leave from work and generally always like to visit Ask, we decided to treat her to a meal out on the evening of Thurs 26th April. Mid week does not usually require a prior booking, so we appeared around 7.30. The restaurant was not fully booked by any means although there one or two large parties in. The waitress greeting us was obviously not keen to want to encourage our business. She told us we would have to wait at least 30 mins and had a very "take it or leave it" attitude. We decided to wait as the food is usually enjoyed by all. We were served drinks in the waiting area - my daughter's was brought incorrectly.

I will cut this - in short the service was not what we had enjoyed inthe past. Although asked frequently if everything was ok, the customer satisfaction was lacking. Have you changed the way the dough is made for the pizza's ? These, too, were not what they used to be.

All in all, a disappointing evening.
