Pizza Hut - Worcester

Our first & last visit of this eating experience of Pizza Hut - Worcester branch.

*On arrival: Being acknowledged & shown to a table took some 10-15 minutes.

*Starters: Garlic bread was cold.

*Main Coarse: Cutlery was washed but not clean (all cutlery replaced), Pizza was served on cold plates, It was explained that they always serve hot food on cold plates!!!

2 pizzas were larger than ordered & 1 made with wrong toppings, as we wished to eat together at the same time the errors were excepted.

The food was enjoyable although lost its heat rather quickly due to the plates.

*Dessert: Was fine, but the kids had to wait for the ice-machine to get to its working temperature, dishes & spoons were not readily available without asking for them.

*The waitress was overall polite & efficient, but when requesting the manager he was to busy to hear our comments, Our bill was £49, the manager never showed after 5 minutes so we left £45 with a waitress & left the restaurant.
