You will find that the method of cooking is interesting and you do get a strong taste of the raw ingredients of those in front and behind you in the queue. The waiting time for your 'sword cooking' can be lengthy but everyone will chat in the queues. One big tip is to go for the vegetarion option as they cook it for you. (Particularly useful if you want to avoid your mates' chilli flavour) - go for it. Robin
