the service was the worst ever. We were hugely neglected and my mother was hot around the head twice with a menu, my boyfriend almost clobbered by a waiter with a chair, no water, no menu, no coffee, no salt or pepper. We were rushed or simply ignored. We had booked that afternoon and our table wasn't ready for us so we were abandoned at the bar for '2 mins'. We had to wait half hour before we were herded to our table. Our orders were wrong on the main course and the dessert and no real apologies were made. Our coats were thrown at us on leaving the moment we coughed up our money (we had to ask for the bill as well).

For this charming service we paid a fixed service charge of £12 something.

There is no excuse for such terrible service. Save yourself some money and stress and just don't go.

I had an awful meal at this awful restaurant - wanted to let other people know not to go there! The food was tasteless, and one meal actually came out of the kitchen luke warm!! NOT ACCEPTABLE! I wouldn't even expect McDonald's to serve a meal luke warm!

Will not be returning!
