your comments review this restaurant
Hello
I am sorry to write to you but myself, husband and Daughter have just returned from a very disappointing visit to your restaurant in Birmingham-international convention centre, canal side entrance, birmingham b1 2ea.
We originally went to have a lunch special for 3, this would have been £7.50 times 3 = £22.50, but because there was no vegetarian pasta option even thought the waitress said she would take the ham out of the one dish!!!!!!!!-which we declined. We had to have penne con buffalo which was ok but was just a dish of pasta-£23.85
bruschetta which turned out to be just one piece of bread!!! - £4.50
Two glasses of water - still - £3.70!!!!!
diet coke - £1.85 for a 50p bottle
I feel really upset about what was just a lunch trip that cost £37.29 and all we had was plain pasta ONE piece of bread-water and a coke.
I can send you a copy of the receipt if you wish to check but I feel that value for money as a vegetarian was almost none -
I was also charged A SERVICE CHARGE-WHICH i DID NOT AGREE TO.
I hate to complain but I cannot see how any of this can be justified.
Many Thanks for reading this and I hope to hear you comments.
