My fiance and I went to Polash on a Saturday night in the middle of August.

We thought that some of the dishes may have been expensive, but not all.

The service however, was not so good, as the waiter didn't really pay attention to our order, getting items incorrect. We asked for popadoms but didn't get any and also the drink I ordered was not the one he presented, also Balti dishes should not be as greasy as the one serviced on the night we went. The pilau rice was over oiled as well in our opinion.

The waiter did offer me a single red rose to take home with me, as we left, which was a nice touch but perhaps didn't really make up for the shoddy service.

Also, not much choice with the sweets, mostly ice cream based.

Won't probably go again, but if anybody knows if Mokhams have moved anywhere else, as they've now gone from Digbeth, please let us know as that was the best curry house in town.
