As someone who enjoys quality cuisine, fine wines and pleasant surroundings, coupled with attentive and pleasant staff then this establishment scores highly in every department. Dining from their Summer set menu, 2 courses for £11.00 including a glass of wine, we were a bit dubious on what we would be served. But our worries were succombe by the excellent choice on the menu and the arrival of fresh crusty bread and butter whilst we deliberated over the mouth watering meals on offer. Whilst there were non fish offerings we took the stance of when in Rome and had the sardines and the salmon fishcake with a chunky pesto topping, both cooked to perfection and clean plates soon ensued.
The waiting time between courses was also timed to perfection with the pollock on a bed of mash and the scottish salmon surely the highlight of the meal. Both cuts of fish were extremely tasty and the pollock very fluffy and light. Side orders of mixed salad and the best tasting new potatoes I'd ever had added the right amount of substance to the meals. Alas we did not have room for puddings, but we did take a sneaky look at the menu and for the sweet toothed among you, you won't be dissapointed. Any migivings you may have about restaurant chains should be left at home as this restaurant provides excellent meals at an excellent value, I'll definately be going back

The layout/theme was fun ad fresh. The fish platter is a great way to try different fish and a fun way to share with friends! The orange choc desert was so yummy too!
